Instilling a passion for sport and fitness at a young age can feel like a challenge for both parents and their children. Far from being something as simple as a violent activity; boxing has many benefits in developing children holistically, and these benefits could extend to school and everyday life. Active children are more confident, happier and tend to perform better academically and socially. Our after-school programmes are designed to give our tamariki the opportunity to build confidence, connections and character through boxing (non-contact). These core values will give our tamariki the skillset to take responsibility for their physical and mental health through engaging in future physical activity and sport for life, whether it be boxing or any other sport/activity.
