YOUTH PROGRAMMES

Instilling a passion for sport and fitness at a young age can feel like a challenge for both parents and their children. Far from being something as simple as a violent activity; martial arts have many benefits in developing children holistically and have been shown to extend into school and everyday life. Active children are more confident, happier and tend to perform better academically and socially.

 

Our youth programmes are designed to give rangatahi the opportunity to gain confidence, build character and master self-discipline. These core values will give rangatahi the skillset to take responsibility for their physical and mental health through engaging in future physical activity and sport for life, whether it be boxing, kickboxing or any other sport/activity.
