This lil creation for today might just be my new "bring a plate" dish! Tasty, easy and delicious!
What you'll need:
4 teaspoons Coconut Sugar
1/2-1 teaspoon ground chilli
1 teaspoon salt
250g Raw Frozen Prawns Cutlets
1 Mango (firm)
10 streaky bacon strips
Allow prawns to defrost or speed up the process by placing in warm water then drain. Toss in sugar and chilli (decide on how spice you can take) and salt. Set aside.
Cook bacon and cut into quarters, reserve the oil.
Skin mango and cut up into cubes.
Peel bananas and slice, keep these thick.
Fry up prawns in batches in he bacon fat. Allow to brown up and cook through (tails will turn pink).
Put the four ingredients onto a skewer (This part takes the longest)!
Easy as that!
