Boil water. And pour over bok choy to cook while you sort out the salmon.
Slap salmon on a plate of seeds. They'll stick.
Chuck salmon skin side up on super hot fry pan. Quick fry for a minute. Flip. Cook skin side down for minute. Fatty fish means you don't need added oils!
Remove salmon skin, it will peel away nicely and put skin back on the pan to turn crispy! It's like salmon bacon!
Slice up salmon into bite size pieces, once skin is crisp, slice that up too.
Plate up and serve with wasabi and soy sauce
Salmon skin has concentrations of omega-3s so don't waste it and throw it out!
