1/2 Frozen Banana
1 Cube Frozen Yoghurt / 2 Tbsn Plain Yoghurt
1 Scoop Plain or Vanilla Protein Powder
2 Tbsn Whole Oats
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1 Generous Tbsn Salted Macadamia Nut Butter
3-4 Macadamia Nuts
Pinch of Salt
1. Place banana, yoghurt, protein, oats, chia, macadamia butter and ice into a 500mL blender cup. Top with water and blitz till smooth.
2. Top with toasted macadamia nuts and a pinch of salt.
