3-4 Leaves Kale
1 Red Onion
2-3 Large Carrots
1/4 C Pumpkin Seeds
1/4 C Sesame Seeds
5 Capfuls Apple Cider Vinegar
3-4 Tbs Best Foods Mayo
Put it all together.
1. Finely slice/ chop cabbage, red cabbage, kale and red onion.
2. Peel and grate carrots.
3. Place all veges into a very large bowl.
4. Pour over apple cider vinegar.
5. Stir in mayo.
This recipe makes a large amount, and can be stored in the fridge for a few days but is best if you leave the mayo out until you are about to eat it. I like to prep this amount, prepare half with mayo and leave the other half in the fridge to make another day.
Super easy and super colourful it has to be good for you.
Note, go for the best foods mayo. Trust me on this one.
Just another health and fitness professional putting in their 2 cents. 2 cents may be all you need one day.
