1 Heaped Scoop Chocolate Protein
1 Tbsp Whole Oats
1-2 Tbsp Unsweetened/Natural Yoghurt
1 Cup Ice
Optional Extras for added nutrients
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp ground linseed
1/2 tsp psyllium husk
Place banana, oats, protein, yoghurt, seeds and husk into a large cup (600-700mL).
Fill cup with ice and top with water.
Pour into blender and blitz till smooth.
Pour back into cup and the amount should be perfect!

1. Peel, half and freeze bananas. This means they are ready to throw in your smoothie and make your smoothies creamier!
2. Freeze yoghurt in mini silicone muffin trays so you have yoghurt cubes ready every morning for your smoothies!
