1 Tbsp coconut oil
3 calamari tubes
2 red chilli
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon palm sugar/honey
salt & pepper to taste
1.Use a sharp knife to cut through the calamari tubes along the sides and score diagonally. Season scored side with salt.
2. Finely chop garlic and finely slice chilly.
3. Heat oil in a pan and add chilli, garlic and Palm sugar and allow to brown (couple minutes).
4. place calamari (scored side down) in pan and allow to cook for a few minutes until browned. once cooked flip to coat in the chilli sauce.
5. Serve with some greens, half a lemon and half a lemon.
